    cervical & overian cancer worries

I have been extra worried about cervical and overian cancer lately, I think because it's been in the news a lot and I sadly glanced at the stats!! now I am in a huge panic. I am just annoyed because I was feeling good then I read something and now I have some unsettling annoyance in the pit of my stomach and I don't know if it's cancer. I don't want to go to the doctor! it's all boring stuff but it feels like I keep having mild cramps then this funny twingy feeling in my back. I think I am dreading if they run tests and have to examin me EEEEEK!

I am sure I am being silly but thats the only problems I have or symptoms I would say. Just looking for reassurance this week has been a nightmare maybe everything is like this because I am on edge.

    Anyhooo. speak later.

Thanks for the replies. I have had regular tests in the past and there has never been anything unusual that has shown up, last smear was 2005 so I think I am due one again soon. I don't mind them as they are put in place to save lives.

Don't know what is wrong with me, I think once I stop worry about one thing I just automatically find something else.

I have always had this worry on my mind. I have had unexplained bleeding off and on for two months now and the doctors havent investigated. They just prescribed me the pill and I dont really want to take it until I know that there is nothing wrong!

I hate it when they just give you pills and send you away you feel so pushed aside!
