ativan/rivitrol

the doctor has decided to put me on citrol a form of cipramil.

she feels I might need a few benzos for a few days also.

I cant take xanax as they make me agitated.

she is considering ativan or rivitrol.

I took a small dose of rivitrol before and it knocked me out I just slept.

Ativan made me feel I had been hit over the head but I think the dose was too much

I know everone is different but which of the two is probably best?

just to settle me for a few days cos ssris have made me a bit agitated previously.

its hard to say isn't it, but lorazepam( Ativan) always worked best for me for many years but don't stay on them forever!
