Hello all, iīm a big time panic suffer and all is effects, but i can teel you that from the moment i start practice sports i am much much better in did.
i am talking about sport that makes you sweat, sports helpīs to expulse bad and negative vibrations inside ourselves.
in y case i pratice outdoor sports like soccer and montain bike after the spports comes the bath ohhhh that sweet relaxion bath after 2 or 3 hours sweeting it feels so dam good, my humor changes itīs like be born again. think about it!!! and try it, best of all itīs free .
