Fear of passing out

Hi all
well im a 24 year old and have had gad and panick disorder since i was 18 and agoraphobia.
My main fear is dizziness and the thought of passin out i could cope with the other symptoms but not this one it drives me crazy. i have noticed lately that i get dizzy before a panick or anxiety attck starts so im thinking it may be another problem thats causing the dizzyness.
any advice greatly received .

your right to question this ,
for the past 6 years I have had dizziness and near fainting and then the panic. All the doctors told me its anxiety making me dizzy and I beleived that until I spoke to other anxiety sufferers, who told me they get a vague lightheadedness only when they panicked.
Then I notised i would stagger in the street and felt unbalanced and turning my head made things worse.

Now I am under the hospital who agree I have some problems going on.

Sometimes when my blood pressure gets really low.(I have low blood pressure )I get really dizzy.I thought for a long while it was a symptoms of anxiety,but actually it has a medical reason.just get checked to be sure.

I get dizzy but have been told it is coz I panic and hyperventilate and when you breathe wrongly it makes you dizzy and faint.Wenjoy x
