I didn't have the assessment today as my CPN didn't return my phone call

Loopy loo - Thanks I have heard of B-eat and I've used the forum in the past. I don't use it currently as I find I do better if I stay away from sites relating to eating disorders specifically.

Are you mad at me for some reason get the feeling you are you were not exactly beaming when I saw you in car today and we were waving like mad and eldest cherub said Ra-Ra better? and I said a little and she was so happy and your answer to my query was short and sharp to say the least or am I just being over sensitive again!
