Anyone taken Stemetil for anxiety?

So today I had the mother of all panic attacks at work in a conference, not a good idea!
Went and saw my doc today, he wouldn't put me back on citalopram which I'm quite glad about as I didn't want to go on it. I told him the CBT I'm having isn't working so he's given me stemetil to use on an as and when basis when things get too bad.

Does anyone else know anything about it and whether it's effective?

I thought that was an anti nausea drug but maybe a different dose works in different ways!!!!! But I may be wrong

I use it for dizziness/nausea, only 5mg though, i believe it is used in greater amounts for anxiety.

i used it for dizziness made me feel really tired ,could not keep my eyes open

I got an inner ear infection and was prescribed this. I found my anxiety symptoms eased but it was only after reading the notes that I found out why!

Of all the medications, this was the only one that I found I could take for the odd day when I felt very anxious without any side-effects or addiction problems but it may not work for everyone.
