My first day at work. SUCCESS

Hello everyone,

I just wanted to let out a huge whoop and a huge thank you.

Nic, Alex, thank you so much for creating this site. without it i would still be wondering what is going on and wouldn't be as happy as i am today.

All members a thanks for encouragement, support and reassurance when i need it.

i'm not cured i know, but i went back to work for ther first time today and i loved it, straight into a busy 9 hour shift at tesco and i didn't have a full blown panic. this morning i was nervous to no end. i even begged mum to turn the car around. but when i got there it was fine. a few dizzy spells but i just sat and sipped water untill i felt better. i finished at 7 and my god after months of sitting on my bottom. this shift was a shock to my feet lol i can hardly stand at the mo. but i know i've made a huge step and i know that i can live my life with or without anxiety.


love you all and i hope you are all still here for me when those bad days get me xxxxxx
