U GET THE HANG OF IT, THERES SO MUCH HELP ON NMP HAVE A GOOD LOOK AROUND, AND IT WILL ALL MAKE SENSE LOL

As far as posting a new thread under each forum there should be a bar up top when you go in that says 'new thread'.
Click on that and you can name your thread and then create your message
