Shaking in my head

Has anyone ever had a sort of sahking in the head ?

Mine feels like a very faint tremor , and worrys me. Or is this just the anxiety ?

yes i have had the shaking in the head. is the shaking inside your head?i have had the shaking in side the head on the one side and it was all down to anxiety. i used to get lightheaded with it. hope this helps.

Oh yes the shaking brain..i call it!!Also i get the shrinking brain..the feeling as tho my brain is being held in a vice and is being squeezed Lovely..and so dizzy i topple over!Anxiety..dont ya just love it Love Paddie..xxxxxxxxxxxxx

My head feels like it is shaking inside, sometimes I wonder if this is my heart rate and pulse making my head throb inside?

I experienced head tremor for 7 months.. it was diagnosed as high anxiety state..A few days after diagnosis it all calmed down and in a few weeks disappeared altogether..

you were never on any meds?? it just went away on its own??

this was one of the first symptoms i ever had after my very first panic attack, it lasted for a couple of months then went away and i haven't really had it that much since.
