Sore stomach?

I've had a sore stomach and felt a bit bloated and full after a drink or something to eat since last night..is this normal with anxiety and will it go away?

Hi Phil

My tummy was a mess when I was at my worst with anxiety. Even now if I am feeling tense - after eating I feel retchy and bloated.

It does settle as you begin to settle so try not to focus on it ( cos' that always seemed to make me worse).

Is your bottom ok? Sometimes I got IBS like symptoms but that only happens now if my diet is rubbish!
