strange pains and tingling sensations around neck line

hi there, it's me again and i have another health worry, it just seems to be one thing after another. the past couple of days i have had some strange pains around neckline and behind my ears and even in my arms and legs, they aren't particuly painful, they are almost like a tingling sensation. i'm really startying freak out coz it might be something serious. any ideas? advice? reassurance?
