hi ive had terrible panic attacks thought i was dying of a heart attack somedays even been to a&e with pains in my chest ive had this for over 2 years but i have finally began to control this ive not had an attack for over 6 mths now please be strong it will go away (i never thought it would) xxxx

You will get some great advice and support on here hun.

Have you been to see your GP - maybe he can refer you to a therapist? You might want to consider meds to see if they can help "stabalise" the anxiety in the meantime?
