Being the funny girl that I am sometimes I listen to things and relate. Some songs I can identify with, and there is one song I listen to that symbolises how I feel about daily life - with health anxiety.

I just wanted to share. Its Relax by Mika. I play it if I am particularly freaked and it chills me a bit.These are the lyrics:

Oh yes - I'm glad you posted this. I've thought for a long time it would be good if there was a section where we could put up songs that mean something to us. Mika is a star - Happy Ending is my favourite Mika tune.

There are so many songs that mean something to me I don't know where to begin!

To name but a few:

Faithless - Evergreen
Eric Clapton - My Father's Eyes
The Verve - The drugs don't work

God there's hundreds and I can't think of them!

I love music, its my chill thing. Sundays are my very bad days, I always listen to the radio in my room, and just relax
