does anyone else get this weird symptom???
when i go out to a pub & the music is loud & i am trying to have a conversation i run out of breath & my throat muscles tighten!!!! i do have sinus allergies & take a steriod spray for it & i do get a lot of throat trouble, but i feel like i am talking & literally running out of breat to take a breath between words....weird, it happens every time i go out but then half way through the night it sort of trails off a little...it makes me feel like i am going to have a panic attack. do u think this is ashma??????

Dear Charl don't wish to make this sound trivial, but feel pretty sure this is anxiety/panic. It is a classic symptom
Happens to me and i'm sure it has happened to the hundreds on this site
So no you are not "strange" just have anxiety, but tis really horrid when it happens eh?
    Take care Luv Richie xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
