Is it a high dosage?

Is 40mg of prop 3 times a day a high dose to be taking?

I have been on 80mg tablet once day on and off for 10 years, I dont think 40g is a very high dose as I can take two tablets if I needed them

Im on 10mg 3 times a day. Only just started taking it so not sure what to expect.Xx

Personally take 10 mg max of four times a day but if am really bad will take more it seems alot to take 40 x3 but everyone is different.
