I googled anxiety breathlessness. It linked me to the incredibly helpful symptoms page (my doctor had told me it was anxiety, but gave no reason for it) plus the myriad of other symptoms I had. It was great to read that page and have a reason for feelign like I was falling apart - without there being any actual physical illness

Just general browsing of the internet, So glad i actually found a site where i can talk to others about this and not feel embarrassed , Mind you, Would be different talking to people face-to-face
BUT i have hope that will get better with the help and advice i can get from this site :-)
