    Re: Acupuncture for anxiety?

Just had 2nd session of acupuncture and feel really energetic. It was fab had the needles put in my wrists, chest, lower and upper back, legs and feet this time. It was great though I felt so relaxed and then really uplifted. I think it's fab and worth every penny.

    Hi All

    Re update on accupuncture

I went on Tuesday night feeling really anxious with stress came out feeling I was walking on air and realised I had no anxiety.

My needles kept popping out because of the build up of stress/anxiety and after they bled a bit, but this is a good sign.

Im feeling better this week, its friday now and Im ok. No migraines either which is my bug bare.

    keep you posted

    Re: Acupuncture for anxiety?

I'm going for acupuncture tomorrow so I will post and let everyone know how it goes.
I have had it before but not for anxiety/painic attacks. I have possible ms and also fibromyalgia and found it was very effective for the pain and also my energy levels. I stopped simply because the doctor I was going to moved away. I did try going to two other acupuncturists but it was just not as beneficial.
The original doctor was actually a Chinese doctor who trained in China and I wonder if she was maybe more of an 'expert' at it.
She has now returned to the area and which is why I am willing to give it another go.
    Fingers crossed.
