I have been looking for his CD'S too. found a few on Amazon on how to build confidence etc ........ might be worth a look

Ive got the confidence one if anyone wants to borrow it? Its a copy but its perfectly OK

Its not anxiety or panic related though-it just claims to give you the confidence to be brave about yourself and trust in yourself-i suppose in a way it tries to instill in you for if/when you have a panic attack, to be confident in your own body that it wont hurt you? I dont know if thats completely right but thats my interpretation of it anyway
