HI Adam

i am new to this site i have just found it today.. i wish i found it ages ago when i first had derealisation.

i still have it but not as bad as i use to (i use to have it 24/7).

I dont know if anyone else has the same kind of derealisation i get...
which is nearly always triggered off by flouresent and bright lights.
this then makes objects and people look strange and i start to question where i am? and the meaning of life.


I have never met anyone witht the same symptoms as me so if there is anyone out there i would love to hear from you
