i can't get to the chat room

this appears to me every time i try to join in the chat room :

but i still can't get in

Something on your PC is blocking access but I am not sure what to be honest.

Its java based so make sure you have the latest java install..

Google java and see if the problem persists.

Alternatively clear all temp files and cookies (as long as you remember your passwords) as sometimes this clogs up normal P.C functions.

Get the latest java download first though

Just a suggestion have you tried enabling your cookies?
tools
internet options
privacy
advanced
click override
tick accept on both columns.........i do this if ive a prob on certain sites
