Fluttering in low stomach?

I have been experiencing this fluttering since yesterday. Personally for me I feel like drinking water helps...reading your experiences have really helped calm my health anxiety down. It's so nice to know I'm not the only one who's dealing with fluttery tummy.

Just found this thread as I was about to post about this very topic. I'm currently experiencing it in my upper stomach. I think it may be a combination of fluctuating hormone levels (estrogen, I'm perimenopausal), increase in caffeine, change in the chinese herbs my acu treats me with, and too much magnesium supplements.

Glad to know I'm not the only one!
