sleepy

Hi Have been in Citalopram 20 mg since Janruary. I'm sleeping much better than I was initially, but now I fell relly tired mid afternoon and have taken to having a snooze for a few hours. This doesn't seem to affect my sleep in the evening, so not a huge problem, was just wondering if anyone else feels like this?

I usually have an afternoon sleep (i am on 60mg), and I am much more tired when I have had any stress

It sure is a symptom of celexa. You may also find yourself yawning off and on most of the day. Some exercise will increase your energy level or if you have time for naps thats great too! I wish I had time for naps LOL
