STUCK

HI EVERYONE

I feel stuck in my depersonilisation and I cant seem to find a way out
and all I can do is obses about it its like my old me is gone and I cant
seem to find a way back to health and peace. any suggestions on how
deal with this I want to go back to the old me my life something robbed me
of my old me.

Hi..... I understand how you are feeling and it is sooooo hard but you will find a way back...as boring as it sounds, it just takes time and support....its horrible to feel this way but it is a totally normal symptom of anxiety and anxiety can be beaten....
.....anxiety is exhusting and scary and a real confidence kicker but know that you are not alone here, many many people can relate to what you are feeling and together we can find a way back..... don't be too tough on yourself ....give yourself some more time...and you will get there

I had DP for a couple of years and I found the more I obsessed with the way I used to be the longer it took to go. I just kept myself distracted and didnt give myself the chance to think about it and eventually it faded and went.

In Your DP did you ever feel like your sole was gone how did you manage it
