Hi all, I'm new to the forums, having accidently bumped into them last night. I have anxiety and feel very alone with it despite being very happily married, having great friends, a nice job and some pets with very good listening ears! I wonder if anyone can give me some links to threads that can help me with the following (to save repeating things that have already been written about);
I think reading other people's experiences may help me feel less alone
- Breathing exercises to help calm me down
- Ways to motivate myself when I'm unable to function properly
- Low blood sugar, healthy diet plans, shaking and irritablilty (relieved by eating)
