ODE TO ANOTHER FISH.
Locked me away,
Just wanted to hide,
A few times bitten,
Plenty more shy.
A woman on a mission,
Unlocked door after door,
Not quite all,
But way more than befor.
Once I got started,
Could'nt lay off the clutch,
Went too far,
Said too much,
To the point of no return.
Can't turn the clock back.
Became comsumed,
In my own pathetic crap.
Bit the hand that helped,
How selfish and evil I am,
Especialy as the helping hand,
Is in her own major jam.
Should have been a mate,
Just like she is,
But I messed that up too.
I've burnt my bridge's.
I'd give anything,
To turn back the clock,
But it's too late,
To steady the boat I rocked.

The past makes us wish we did't care,
but we're still trapped in this historical nightmare.
