Which of these 2 meds seem to work more or less with people and which has the less side effects you all think. Thanks

Sorry - I have never tried them.

Also - different meds work for different people so I don't think we can answer this. What works for one person may not work for the next.

They are all benzodiazepines these and the more frequently prescribed valium.

Xanax is definately the most potent and effective but also the most addictive which is a massive side effect.

As Nic says its often personal preference for them. As much a sanything it depends on how you plan to use them .
