Just started hypnosis

Hi all,

I recently started hypnosis, I only got two sessions so far, got a cd recorded from my last session, so I can practice it at home.

Hey Florence,

I too had hypnosis for 6 sessions, and found it really helpful. It's also good to have the cd's as when you are feeling down, you can go back and listen to whichever cd is relevant.
