Strange feeling in my throat

For the last few days I've had this strange feeling in my throat.
Like there's a lump in there?
I only notice it really when I'm paying attention to it, and I find myself keeping swallowing to see if it's there, which I know is probably aggrovating it.
I'm gonna leave it a few weeks to see if it goes away (usually my anxiety symptoms, chest pains, stomach pains etc are constant and last about a week or less).
This is anxiety right?
I've suddenly become really paranoid it isn't

hiya hun and yes this is anx. the lump in the throat feeling is my most reaccuring symptom, ive had it for bloody months. ignoring it is the best thing to do try not to focus on it, i find it makes it worse. mine will move from side to side as well and give me a feeling like i carnt swallow right. i hope this has reasured you some

Yes definately anxiety, had it myself on and off for years, but I can usually make it go away now by telling myslef it's anxiety and getting on with something so I don't think about it.
