Newbie from Colchester

I have only just registered but have suffered with anxiety / panic for a while.

The author Dr Claire Weekes (I'm sure most of you have heard of her) is a hero of mine ~ and although I know her books almost word-for-word, I'm still trying to put her advice in to practice. But I am very determined to crack this!

I'm 28-years-old and live in Colchester. Does anyone fancy getting in touch? I could do with a like-minded buddy.

I too am a great supporter of Claire Weekes, she has brought me great comfort before when ive been very low. Keep posting, i hope you find this place as friendly and supportive as i do.
