there is nothing like this suffering, it is every day, every minute, its at the back of your mind. somedays i didnt even want to get out of bed, just lack of energy and terrifyed of having an attack, every day was just a constant struggle :( i still have my 'down days' as i call them, and i want to let everyone know im thinking of youits not easy, but there is a way out, please dont give up trying xx
