    Missed Dose

Hi, I was in such a rush this morning and not quite together that I forgot to take my pill.

Now I am at work and wont be home until 6pm.

So I will miss my morning dose.

What should I do? Wait till tomorrow morning and take as normal or take one when I get in.

Will I get a affects from not taking it today?

    Sorry for all the questions.

    Re: Missed Dose

If its anything like the citalopram I was on, then missing a dose won't affect you too much today. It will only cause problems if you allow yourself to get anxious about missing the dose! (Ironic I know!).

Best thing (although I know this isn't easy) is to not focus on it, or let it play on your mind as this will cause anxiety ... I know you will be just fine today!

    Re: Missed Dose

if i take mine late in the day i have wierd dreams - not bad dreams just thoughts all muddled up and wake up confused. Up to you - i dont think it will have much effect. It did when i missed about 3 days - brain like a sieve!
