Arm/Hands shaking

It seems today I have my arm and hands shaking when I lift or grip things. Could this be a strain or something else - worries me when I see my hands shaking like this from out of no where. I assume lifting things badly etc can cause this type of problem.

Hi I have had this especially when I am tired or stressed. I have posted on this and take the advice about relaxtion etc and it has worked. I know it can be very worrying and strange but trying to relax really helps.
