help: starting new job in the am...

I truly have been thinking all day maybe I just won't go. I haven't started a new job in a long time and I feel so out of control. I am worried I will vomit or poop or something else totally humilating. I have to start at 8am. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh. What can I do to get through it?

Bless you, your bound to feel like this - totally normal reaction to starting a new job. You are in control and once you get started your anxiety will recede. Of course it's scary and if you suffer panic attacks it's a little harder, but you won't be sick and you won't poo your pants. You will take a deep breath and go for it. You will feel great once you do.
