Worried about having cancer!

Hi All,

I've been suffering with anxiety on and off since christmas... I have symptoms like:

Vision all wierd
Unrealness feeling
Keep getting coughs and colds

And I've had this cough now for a few weeks and im worried thats something to do with cancer:(

Dont know what to do :(

hiya rick, when suffering from anxiety even the slightest thing will make us feel like it must be much worse and you say you had this feeling since christmas, did something trigger this off? also colds are very common especially hefever this time of year and people often mistake it for a cold, sore throat, eyes, blocked nose, headache etc, also make sure you are eating enough and that it is the right foods to give u goodness, plenty of green stuff spinach, rocket salad, greens brocolli etc and abit of red meat too. please dont worry to much try to keep busy and not let yourself have to much thinking time cos its the worse thing to do hugs xxxx
