hi all,

am 40 years old and been suffering anxiety disorders for over 20 years ...

all started with post natal depression.

over the years its gone from mild to chronic to times when av' been panic free nearly.

av' had a look around the forum read a few posts and can say av been there done that, on a lot

its awful and i sympathise with everyone who it happens to.

great site btw wish ad found it ages ago
