Getting a tight throat is my main symptom of anxiety, it feels as if someone is poking a finger under each side of my jaw, not a pleasant feeling! Does anything have any tips for relaxing the throat when this happens?

You might have an anxiety symptom called globus hystericus.
Chech it out on the internet.
