ulcer on tongue

I had an ulser on my tongue the other week and the doc prescribed me Adcortyl in orabase paste 0.1%.
I get them alot lately on my tongue and they last longer than on other parts of my mouth and make my mouth really sore.

Gargle salt water and take some vitamin tablets.

Or if you can stand it put some salt directly onto the ulcer for a few seconds, it really stings but the ulcer clears up in no time.

had a blood test done yesterday which came back ok do you think tht if there was anything sinister going on it would have showed up in the cells
