More dreaded beats

Hi Everyone

Well I havn't been on here for a while. I had gone through a very hard time with the ectopics etc that lasted for many weeks virtually non stop. After extensive tests etc all of which came back fine, i managed to stop worrying about them, accepted them and lo and behold, they seemed to ease off.

However, I seem to be having them again. I am trying to hold on to the mind set of not worrying about them and accepting them once again but it is very hard when you have gone for a while without them constantly .

Just wanted to come back here for some reassurance and to read through some old threads as I dont' feel alone here.

hang in there hun they will go in the end sounds like you are doing the right thing in trying to not worry about them
