am i over the worst

hi guys
ive been dropping down of sert and took my last 25mls yesterday.
i cried all day yesterday, feel so tired, i didnt sleep lastnight, i feel so tired today i hope i sleep tonight .

i just feel like im on my reserves right now.
does anyone know if this is the ending of my wihtdrawals?
im so so tired and i still cant sleep.

doc wont help me, ive had enough, all my muscles are tence, i tried meditation for 2 hours lastnight and even that didnt help, usualy that just knocks me out but nothing is working. not even my valium is helping with the sleep

i didnt even get dressed yesterday and that is not me.
i think i need a holiday lol come on guys humour me and make me laugh before i do go insane i have a good soh i can take it. thanks for reading xtafflassx

Hi Tafflass, sorry you are feeling bad. I have never cut down to that low before but think you could be having withdrawl symptems, have you spoken to your doc about this.
