    My odd Sinus Arrhythmia

So I know sinus arrhythmia is totally normal, and the beat variance is to be expected. I've also had an echo done, so I'm pretty sure any/all heart issues are not anything bad, so I'm more asking this out of curiosity...

I've been trying to meditate lately, or at least practice deep breathing as a way to relax. What's annoying is that when I inhale, of course, my heart rate increases. Then, when I begin to exhale, it's almost like I miss a beat initially. and when my heart kicks back in, it's with a nice, heavy thud. The, of course, my normal pulse rate returns. I can't recreate this 100% of the time, but it happens fairly often. Does anyone else get this, or is my sinus arrhythmia kind of odd (though I know, I know, probably totally benign)?

I don't know what a sinus arrhythmia is. It sounds like PVC's, tho. They feel like missed heartbeats, but that is not actually what they are and they are almost always not anything to worry about...but of course you do!
