So I know sinus arrhythmia is totally normal, and the beat variance is to be expected. I've also had an echo done, so I'm pretty sure any/all heart issues are not anything bad, so I'm more asking this out of curiosity...

I've been trying to meditate lately, or at least practice deep breathing as a way to relax. What's annoying is that when I inhale, of course, my heart rate increases. Then, when I begin to exhale, it's almost like I miss a beat initially. and when my heart kicks back in, it's with a nice, heavy thud. The, of course, my normal pulse rate returns. I can't recreate this 100% of the time, but it happens fairly often. Does anyone else get this, or is my sinus arrhythmia kind of odd (though I know, I know, probably totally benign)?
