I am not worried about the fybroids as they weren't worried - just the cyst lol.

I will see what the doc says and the next scan reveals.

I was more worried about being in a hot hospital and a dark claustrophobic room to worry about what they told me lol.

ahh just read that back pain is associated with cysts- I have had terrible back pain for weeks - guessed it was being overweight and now it may not be!

    Thanks Laura

I don't think they want to see me any sooner as they want to see how it grows or shrinks.

I am seeing doc in 3 weeks anyway just for a chat.

Just been reading this thread and wondering how you went on with your cyst. I had an ovarian cyst 17 years ago just after the birth of my first baby which came in the last few weeks of pregnancy and hurt like hell when the baby kicked it. They didn't find out what was the matter until three weeks after I had had him although the pain was subsiding a bit by then but my doctor insisted I go for a scan and I had to go back the same day to see the consultant. He left it for two weeks to see if it went down any but it didn't so he said he wanted to operate and I was back in hospital having it removed when my baby was 5 1/2 weeks old. I also had to have my ovary and tube out too.
