I wanted to update this post as I am still getting this occasional twitch and it is worrying/annoying me.

It is literally in the middle of my body just down from where your ribs start to part. It feels like a pop when it happens.

I have scared myself as well because when I was prodding about there my stomach feels like there are lumps in it. What can these be? Are they glands? Do you have glands there? They have been there for a long time but they seem hard and I'm scared it's lymphoma or something.
