Apparently there is very little that can go wrong with the throat that is in anyway cancer related and I guess after 3 years of it I would know by now lol.
I have one of those wheat neck things you microwave and put round my neck - really helps soothe it.
How old are you by the way?

Joyce hun ive tried to reasure you a few time that this is the anx
i do understand how hard this can be to beleive when you have health anx as im a suffer of it and my throat is always doing what yours is doing right now.
For the last 2 years i have had trouble with my throat and cancer has been my biggest fear.
Yes i have trouble eating and drinking with it also, some times it feels like im trying to swallow a brick.
The only thing that is going to help you hun is to accept that this is part of the anx and try to relax
Are you jaw clenching or holding your tounge at the roof of your mouth?
if you are this will add to the trouble and cause your muscels there to go tight.
Are you producing any mucus or always clearing your throat?
I am all the time.
some times for days at a time i feel like something is stuck there and i cant get it to go no matter how much i drink
I know how scary this can be hun

i just had white cells checked etc not cancer blood tests how are you so sure cancer wd show up if there not looking for cancer also would i be losing weight if it was

Joyce anx will also make you lose weight hun
i lost over a stone and a half when mine first started
that may not seen a lot but i was only 8 stone to start with so losing that much was a big deal
