Arms & Legs?

Hi everyone this might be a silly question but, does anyone else feel like there arms and legs way about 200lb each, I am wondering if it has to do with the tension in my body. I would love some imput if anyone has had this symptom or knows anthing about it.

Oh god yes hun some times they are so heavey i dont feel like i can lift them
or some times they are just weak and like jelly
its all down to muscel tension and lack of oxygen not getting to the muscels enough due to the way we breath all wrong

Yes D I get this too sometimes my whole body feels like it's made from lead infact it does right now. Definately is all down to muscle tension and as Kellie said wrong breathing. I think the worse thing for me is the neck and shoulders sometimes I just don't know how to sit to relax them. Anxiety causes all kinds of horrid pains.
