bit of humour for the day

morning everyone.
well can i say today started pretty the same as all...aching and headaches...usual for me,then things perked up a bit...
im a smoker and i never smoke in the house...dont want my children breathing in my fumes so,i stood outside with my decaff and cig..now ive just bought a new welcome mat.i only moved in in jan and this horrible cause horse hair mat we had when we moved in.my dad decided to stick the mat outside so people wipe their feet before they come in....(he doesnt live with me...but thinks he knows best)i wasnt impressed as i thought with all the rain in would get wet and soggy and bugs will crawl underneath it(i hate bugs)
so, there i am having my cig..feeling quite relaxed and possitive about the day a head.then, the end falls off my cig..onto the horse hair matt.it starts smoking...sh**t..i say and pour my coffee onto it...it misses and goes all over my leg(ive got my work stuff on..) still,with the cig in my hand i run full belt into the kitchen(mat..smoking away) searing frantically for a jug..trousers soking.so i pour this water over the outside mat and the smoke goes out!...i pick up the mat and chuck it up the garden...then all these bugs come running out!!!ahhhh...i run into the house,full pelt up the stairs and into the bathroom where i pull off my trousers..heart beating ten to the dozen.i catch a glimpse of my reflection in the mirror and i burst out laughing!!!! what a start to a perfectly normal morning.ha! you see no matter what im gonna panic over everything..its in my nature and maybe sometimes we need to sit and look at our selves and just have a good laugh!! have a fab day everyone xxxkellyx

Kelly lol.......nightmare he he, Dads eh , made me smirk cos my Dad bought us a new mat when we moved in. Only thing is, it has a shiny backing on it and when I am rushing out the back door with arms full, u can bet I will nearly do the splits as the mat slips across the laminate floor .

Jaco, wot u mean ....... do u get wet trousers mate, u best go see the nurse, it happens to fellas when they gettin on a bit yah kno .

that pic could have been a photo of me dave..however i wasnt as calm as that bear...and i was wet..lol..my day did get a lot better and it made me chuckle to myself for the rest of the day...im off wk for 3days now..rest assured i'll be smoking at the back door from now on...oh..and the mat is in the bin!! xxxxx
