    Anti-anxiety music

I know there's a thread already about inspirational songs, but I thought it would be better to post this separately since it's to do with calming rather inspirational songs. Anyway, my Dad's a sound engineer, and so I've grown up around music. More than anything, I find that music helps me calm down when I'm scared or having a panic attack. So I thought that this thread would be a good idea, so that anyone who wants to could list their favourite "anti-anxiety" songs, and check out others to see if they help calm them.

Here's a list of my ultimate calming songs. Feel free to post your own, and recommend any songs that you think might work for others!

    Cirque du Soleil - Kumbalawe
    JohnPaul - Old Hill
Pink Floyd - Shine On You Crazy Diamond
    Miyavi - Itoshi Hito
    Toto - Africa
Hadouken - Declaration of War (I know this doesn't exactly seem like it's going to be the most calming song in the world, but it somehow it works really well for me! ;^^ )
The intro to "Beauty and the Beast" (Hey, I'm allowed to be a big kid occasionally! )

Hi tan, good post. mine are.....

    P.Mcartney--Little Willow, Blackbird
Fleetwood Mac--Hold me, Tusk (i love the gradual buildup in Tusk)
Neil Diamond--The singer sings his song, Canta Libra
    Enrique Iglesis--Quiza.

In fact anything Spanish either singing or instrumental as i speak the language and love it so much, it completely relaxes me while im listening

Fluff by Black Sabbath - if you're not familiar with it, it is a beautiful piece of music believe it or not - I used to listen to it and fall asleep it's so calming - need to dig it out again I think! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CtkmRiA5UOE

    Tubular Bells scares me!
