Hi im new to this, im 17 and started to get panic attack last november time, started takin citralopram and am getting cbt which will be ending very soon. I am happy to be starting to recover from it feeling less anxious and being able to sleep with no problem and concentrate and forget my anxious thoughts. Im so glad to find this sight as it talks about stuff which i hav been suffering from, but would like to get more advice on how to keep it at bay and move on.
