I don't have social phobia but I was wondering , if those who do have social phobia would you feel more comfortable around other's who had social phobia or would you still be anxious?

Your not being rude, it's a very good question. And speaking for myself I would say I would be more comfortable around other social phobia sufferers. But don't be surprised if the conversation dies occasionally.

well i think on an anxiety meet it would be good if we could get ppl who have suffered from social anxiety before bcos then its seem from another perspective whereas when u in and suffering from anxiety its hard to see away out at times.
people who have had social anxiety will have the same understanding but will give the ppl suffering from it belief , as they have overcome it.
But if some ppl ( social anxiety sufferers) feel really uncomfortable about it then we have no choice but to only let ppl wit social anxiety attend bcos it is us thats in most need of help. thanks though mishel i can definitely see the benefits of what your saying

Well before we discuss and debate about things i feel it would be good if we could have a list of social anxiety sufferers that are willing to face there fears slowly and are wanting to attend a meet so i can have the names of all the ppl ,so we can then organise whats best and where would be suitable for a meet ..
