Flutters & Ectopics

ok, I desperately need some info here.

Im a guy who obsesses about his heart, constantly checking pulse & getting worked up if it even over the 82bps barrier(in my head)

Lately, when I go to lie down or even pick something up I get flutters like a palpitation going to start. I immediately sit up & it goes away. Eventually I am able to lie down and go to sleep. I cant sleep on my left side as I get the ectopics again.

I have them alot more in the last few weeks & im getting more anxious about it.

Does anyone else experience this at all???

Would really set my mind at ease. I dont want to go to the doctor again.

i dont have any fears about my health. i have sa and gad. so it easy for me to say i know.

i get slow and missed beats. i can feel them sometimes. i get them usually at rest.

they are normal fluctuations hunny

we all get them. its just that some ppl are more aware of them cos of the anx. i get very bothered by noise, heightened sensitivity, due to anx. and i think this is the same about heart beats.

try and ignore them hunny, the doc is not worried, then u shouldnt be

it wont hurt u, its just a symptom of anx
